II. as such, you must draw a picture of the adoptable within a month. if you don't meet the deadline and don't have a good excuse, the adoptable is no longer reserved for you and is free to whoever else wants it.
III. please give me credit for the design when possible. i worked hard on them.
IV. i'd prefer this was a character you actually used, but i have no way of controlling this. just know you're wasting the design someone else may have wanted if the character just sits and collects dust.
